- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the absolute WORST insurance agency that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They proclaim that they are a "small town insurance agency" that is here for the little guy, and they could not be more wrong. I had flood damage in my home, and filed a claim, which is why you have insurance, for situations like this. They led me on throughout the reconstruction of my entire basement, and then rejected my claim. Fortunately, I was not entirely dependent on my claim to redo my basement, however it is extremely disappointing having dedicated so much money and time to a fraudulent company. Avoid these "friendly and client dedicated" folks to the best of your ability, and spread the word so that other people like myself do not get trapped in the web of lies and deceit that is the specialty of Schumacher Insurance Agency.May 14, 2017by Rach Greene
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is an absolute scam! I had many of my items water damaged. I clearly have a rider in my insurance policy that makes it clear it is covered. They denied coverage because I did not keep items around, wet, smelly, and dirty from toxic water for over a week to have someone come "inspect it" I had photos and receipts of the damage, but that was not enough for them!" There was water every place so instead of leaving dirty water on my floor; I instead cleaned it...stupid me, right! They are very nice selling the policies and offering all the "add ons" that make your rates go up; but when it comes claim time, everything changes!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS INSURANCE AGENT unless you want to throw your money away!January 01, 2017by Tony Demasi
